Core philosophy

01The Logo

The logo is our most recognizable brand element — a blend of roots with the finesse of a growing sprout. These formal qualities express our focused message: “From a seed to a mighty tree.”

Lockups

We have three versions: a primary lockup, a horizontal lockup, and a vertical lockup. Use the primary by default. Switch to horizontal or vertical when the primary doesn't fit. Lockups must never be taken apart or altered.

Our Emblem

The emblem embodies our institution's vision and mission. It depicts a shield with a root and growing sprout inside — representing our dedication to nurture students' character and prepare them as future leaders. The shield itself signals our commitment to protecting and empowering students; the root and sprout represent the path from humble beginnings to substantial progress. When using the emblem on dark backgrounds, always use the corresponding dark-background version.

Using the Logo — Clear Space & Minimum Size

Clear space: Always maintain at least x = half the emblem width on all sides. Don't crowd the logo.
Minimum size: 50 px wide for digital · 2 cm wide for print.
Bleed in source PNGs: All logo files include built-in whitespace. When placing in HTML, apply negative margin or scale-up so the artwork isn't tiny — see brand.json.logo_rules.bleed_compensation.

Use approved color, black, or white versions only.
Use the dark-background variant on dark backgrounds.
Maintain minimum clear space.
Match sub-brand gradient to sub-brand logo.

DON'T

Shade, angle, warp, or stretch the logo.
Ghost, outline, or recolor in non-brand colors.
Take apart or rearrange the lockup.
Use the color logo on a dark background.

03Gradient Usage

Gradients reflect growth and transformation — the journey from a seed to a tree. The main gradient combines three primary colors; each sub-brand has its own gradient. Always pair a sub-brand's gradient with its sub-brand logo.

A free-form pool — no sub-brand mapping. Pick freely by mood, composition, and color match. Files are numbered 11–23: the batch originally also shipped 01–10, but those were lower-res duplicates of the PDF set above and were removed (2026-06).

04Logo Animations

Animated logo reveals (MP4 · 1920×1080 · ~15 s · white background · delivered Oct 2025). Use for video intros/outros, presentations, and digital signage. Click a thumbnail to play. Right-click the playing video → Save Video As… to download.

05Typefaces

The primary typeface is Oakes Grotesk (10 styles available). We primarily stick to Light, Regular, Medium. When Oakes Grotesk is unavailable: use DM Sans (Google Fonts) on web or Verdana (Microsoft Office).
